Peggy Graves Wagner

WAGNER, Peggy Graves, 66, of Disputanta, died Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at Southside Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Wagner was the daughter of the late, Lynn and Georgia Lipscomb Graves. Survivors include a longtime friend, Andy Ramstetter; three sons, Rob Wagner and wife, Susan, of Chantilly, Va., Karl Wagner and wife, Catherine, of Henrico, and Ben Wagner, of Richmond; two sisters, Linda West and husband, Rudy, of Cambridge, Mass., and Ginny Kowalski and husband, John, of Henrico; and four grandchildren, Rachel, Josh, Sarah, and Sammy. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 22, 2009, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Rd.
