BELL, Mary M., of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 5, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Andrew Bell. She is survived by her sons, Douglas John (Esther) and Adrian Demont; her daughter, Rosemary Knight; grandchildren, Phillip Knight, Amy McKnight (Conrad), John C. and Jeanette C. Bell; great-grandchildren, Krysten, Jaran, and Jordan Bell; sisters, Betty Johnson, Delia Hudson, Florine Overton, Fanny Pleasants, Queen Shields; brother, Douglas Hudson; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at the Mimms Funeral Home, 19th and Hull Streets. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 10, 12:30 p.m. at Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 3700 Midlothian Turnpike. Pastor D.R. Milton officiating. Interment in Maury Cemetery.
