WADE, Catherine Louise, 72, of Deltaville, went to be with the Lord September 4, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Dean; and her children, Nancy Stephenson and her husband, Michael, Sam Wade and his wife, Janet, and Nelson Wade; her sister, Mildred Kelly; and two granddaughters, Meagan and Sarah. Her family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zoar Baptist Church, 17097 General Puller Hwy., Deltaville, Va. Many thanks to Virginia Hospice for all their compassion and knowledge during such a difficult time. You are all so specially blessed as angels in our midst. To Mom's wonderful neighbors and friends who kept us stocked with delicious food, beautiful flowers and such sweet visits. All of you were a Godsend to us and to Mom, and we'll never be able to thank you enough. There will never be better friends and community than you.

God needed an angel, and now she belongs with them. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of the family. She brought joy to my life, and to the lives of many. She always wore a smile.
I will always cherish the times we spent together.
God Bless.
