I worked with Shelia at the Richmond City Jail for several years. I always loved to talk to Shelia because no matter what was going on at work or in your life she always had a kind word and a smile that would make all your worries and pain melt away. The thing that I remember most about her was her laugh and her big heart. She will be missed. Remember to always think about the good times and know that she is no longer in pain. She is in the arms of the Lord. The family is in my prayers and may God bless each and everyone of you.

Mother, I'll miss you! I keep waiting by the phone at 6:00 in the morning to hear you say, "hey, what are you doin?" all the while, you know I am sleeping, LOL. I never told you enough, but I love you more than life itself and it breaks my heart to have to had let you go. I know that you are amongst family and friends, but most of all, you are with God and his Angels and they will take care of you until we meet again.
