Beverly Welch GREGORY

GREGORY, Beverly Welch, 73, of Richmond, went to be reunited with her grandmother, Lorena Robertson; her mother, Clara Belle Welch; and her sister, Ninkie Williamson, on Thursday, September 17, 2009. She was loved by and will surely be missed by her husband, Tom Gregory; son, Stephen Pitts; daughter, Cheryl Cage; son-in-law, Gary; and grandchildren, Matthew and Erica Cage and Andy Pitts; brother-in-law, Gus Williamson and his five wonderful children; her best buddy, Elsie Bumgarner. Beverly worked at Bituminous Insurance for over 40 years. Special thanks to family and friends for their continuous love and support "Special Love." Also thanks to Vernice Barmore, Lisa Shifflett and Leslie Clarke for countless hours of love and care. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, September 21, 2009 at New Hanover Presbyterian Church, 10058 Chamberlayne Rd. Entombment Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Richmond, the American Cancer Society or New Hanover Presbyterian Missions Fund.
