Roicana Casper Obituary

Roicana M. Casper departed this life January 1, 2006. She was the daughter of Lewis and Patsy Casper. She leaves to mourn her mother, Patsy Casper; half sister, Shanice Penn; grandmothers, Ethel Miller and Dorothy Watson; grandfather, Lewis Casper Sr. (Terasa); great-uncle, Esau Miller; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Chiles Funeral Home, 2100 Fairmount Ave. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 1 p.m. at Zion Baptist Church, 2006 Decatur St. Rev. Robert L. Pettis officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Remains rest in church one hour prior to the service.

Roicana was like a big cousin to me. we went to binford together and wen she moved round southside she lived not too far from me. imma always miss her, and her loud outspoken ways. i kno her family has it hard becuase i took it hard wen i found out. i didnt believe it until i saw her picture on the news. it was like a bullet to my heart it hurted to bad too cry and it felt like i lost apart of myself. i will forever rember you lil bitz and i hope wen i get to them gates u b there waitin for me yellin my name like u always did. but until then jes look out for me and ya fams we all love u and miss u dearly.

My prayers and thoughts go out to the casper family. Roicana and I attended Binfod together. She didn't talk much but she was a nice person all together it hurt me 2 my heart 2 see her face on the news.She is now gone 2 a beter place though. Rest in Peace Roicana!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT ROICANA WAS MY BEST FRIEND. WE WENT TO MIDDLE SCHOOL TOGETHER AND WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. SHE WAS ALWAYS HAPPY WHEN SHE CAME TO SCHOOL. THEN WE BOTH WERE IN HIGH SCHOOL OUR 9TH GRADE YEAR AND WHEN SHE WENT TO ANOTHER SCHOOL I WAS MAD BECAUSE WE HAD CLASSES TOGETHER. I AM GOING TO MISS ROICANA'S SMILE THE MOST.
