Dr. Pearce, also known by some of us that called him "Dr. P", has been a wonderful professor and friend who I've made on the Staff of the Gallaudet University Business Department. It is sad that we did not all know that his passing happened. Whatever has happened, it shocked me to hear him gone. Such a man who's told me many of his war stories every time I came to class early to spend time talking to him. I will not forget him. He's given me some of life's best advices in listening to his wisdom. I hope and pray that he will be walking the shores of heaven and waiting for all of his deaf friends to come meet him. For now, his comrades of war that came to heaven before him have given him a hero's welcome home at last. God bless you, Doctor P. We'll miss you.

Dr. Charles Peace was an outstanding teacher who taught me marketing course when I was a student at Gallaudet Univeristy. Later I joined the faculty of Business Dept at Gallaudet and had opportunity to work very closely with him until his retirement last May. He was an outstanding leader and educator who loved his students so much and give much to his students and the univeristy. It was a heart broken news that he left this world on the first day the univeristy opened for classes this fall. We all at Dept of Business will dearly miss our friend and Colleague of many years, Dr. Charles Peaces. My Deep sympathy goes to his family. May his Soul rest in perfect peace.
