Joe had a great sense of humor! I had the privilege and enjoyment of working on assignments with him at Civil Service. In our conversations, there would always be a laugh! My condolences to his family!

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I had only meet Joe a few times, but they are times I will never forget. If it wasn't for Joe's Nascar store years ago I would have never meet his daughter Elizabeth who is a close friend of mine now for 15 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you Ann Emily and Liz.
