Anna Marlette Obituary

Marlette, Anna ALBANY Anna Marlette, 98, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 surrounded by her loving family. Anna was born in Albany the daughter of the late Louis and Virginia Morgia and was a lifelong Albany resident. Anna's husband, Kenneth, predeceased her in 1976. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting but her real passion was her family. Anna loved being around young people and although she was 98 when she passed, she was young at heart. She is survived by her daughters, Gloria Garrow and Elaine Maimone and her husband Daniel; grandchildren, Leo Edmunds Jr., Diane DiCiccio, Lori Zembrowski and Sandra Maimo-ne; five great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Leo Edmunds; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Marion Edmunds; granddaughter, Sherry Garrow; and siblings, Anthony Morgia, Ang Massara and Mary Bielkiewicz. Funeral service will be held Tuesday 12:00 noon at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory's Garden Cemetery.
