To the Hogan Family,

I grew up in East Greenbush and had the previledge of knowing Bill. He was the best Animal Control Officer we ever had. He would come whenever he was called no matter what time of day or night. I admired his dedication to his job. My heart goes out to you at this time of sorrow. May he rest in peace and God Bless you all.
