John Hogan Obituary

Hogan, John ALBANY John Hogan, 83, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 17, 2008. John worked as a dispatcher with the Albany Fire Department for many years. He is survived by his sister, Ann Hogan and nephew, John David. Calling hours will be Friday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

dear mrs ann,
thank you for the card and the check, but you didnt have to do that. I loved grandpa with my whole heart and soul and i will miss him every day of my life and very good memories of him.

I was so sorry to hear about your brother's passing. Although I hadn't seen him in many years, I remember John as a man of few words but who possessed a great smile. May he rest in peace. You and your family are in my prayers.

Jack was my trainer on my first day of working for the City of Albany Fire Department in 1980. All of us who were lucky enough to have worked with Jack send our sympathy to his family and wish him a well deserved peace.
