The picture I will remember of Barb is sitting in the bleachers cheering for Dan in a Lacrosse game! She was always hospitable and loved her children and grandchildren. She was a living angel to those around her! Now she is God's angel looking down on all of us, especially those close to her with great pride. Thank you for the time we had with you in this life!

God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you,
and whispered, "Come to me".
You didn't deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain
I could not wish you back
To suffer that again.

Barb
I hope you're in a more peaceful place now. I learned a lot from you and will never forget our times working together in dairy chemistry, where you taught me a whole lot more then just dairy chemistry! You will be missed by many.

To the Peat family, my thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

We will always have the great memories of the NASCAR races we attended together and how we had some crazy days at the Food lab and reminicing about them just recently.
Love Cynthia and Larry
