Rock, I had no idea you were gone and now here it is a year and I just found out. You always had a piece of my heart, we were so young, and now a piece of my heart will always be broken. It sounds like you had quite a journey and hopefully you are at peace now, perhaps looking down on all of us. Keep us safe. I always thought perhaps I would have a chance to see and talk with you again, catch up on our lives, and remember the good times, I always thought there was plenty of time. I hope you are at peace now.

Rock, Virgil and I are so out of the loop now!!! I was heartbroken to hear of your passing!! We never did get that cup of coffee while I was still living in Peru!! Virgil and I will miss your wit, personality and your wonderful blues music..and of course your harmonica playing!! You, Doc and Cher will keep each other company now..I'll miss you !!!!

Rock was a wonderful guy. For someone who didn't like to talk on the phone much, we would talk and laugh for hours. He would talk about his daughters. How he adored you. He'd talk of his mom and how much she meant to him. And Sue , his special, wonderful person in his life. I feel as if I know you all.
I'm going to miss his laugh, his NY accent, the endless cat stories and him telling me exactly what he was cooking for dinner that night and how he was going to cook it.He was wonderful and kind and anyone could count themselves lucky to have Rock as a friend. I'm happy and lucky enough to be one of them.
He will always be in my thoughts.
Rest easy my wonderful friend.

It was a sad day when we heard the passing of Rocky. He was a good friend of ours and a great woking companion. We were so glad to have know him. Rocky learned a lot in his drilling job from my teachings and he picked it up really fast. We traveled together on job sites and had good times working together. Rocky, you will surely be missed by me and my wife and I know Rocky that you are in a better place now with your dog Harley and the Lord. No more suffering and pain. Someday we will meet again and have them good old talks. But till then Rocky, Peace be with you.

To Rocks daughters and his good friend sue I just want to say I am sorry for your loss I did not know him very long I only met him this year at the vt cancer center were he was first my Pt and then my friend. It was wonderfull to see the look on his face when my sister brought bella into meet him he was so happy .he will surely be missed. you all take care, my love

I am so sad to hear of your loss... :-(. I met Bluzz a few years ago via chat rooms. I was always happy to see his name online. His choice of music was enjoyable and to chat with him was always a pleasure.

Bluzzman am going to miss you bud the good times we had playing bluzz together I just wish we could have met and put some of that sweet music on a Cd. I too met Rock through the internet via Yahoo chat rooms. He was always a welcome additon to any room with his sense of humour, taste in music and his kind words. I'd like to express my heartfelt condolences to Rock's family at this time. I pray you find comfort in the many memories shared as will I. I am~leo~, Rocks freind from the internet. I've known him about 3 yrs. What a wonderful man and freind he has been. He talked about his mom alot and his daughters and family. He had a contagious laugh, smile & love for the blues. Our backgrounds were very similiar. We shared alot of chats online and on the phone. We had planned to meet , then he got sick. ~BELLA~ his new pup brought alot of happiness to him. Rock, you will be greatly missed. I think about you everyday. I'll see u in heaven. My deepest heartfelt sympathy to Rock's family!! I want to thank you for sharing him with so many people. He touched everyone he had contact with, either thru his music or his laugh and stories. Our loss is the Angels gain, know he will always be there, as he is just a breath away, unless of course he is out fishing....a wonderful,kind,happy person that did not complain. Rest now Rock in etirnal happiness, painfree and always trout in the creel..

To Rock's family.. I cant imagine the pain you all feel at this time..My heart hurts for all of you. I had the pleasure of knowing Rock thru the internet. His big heart, awesome music and kind words to everyone he spoke to will be greatly missed. Rock and I spoke on the phone and I consider him one of my closest friends. We never did get a chance to get to bike week in Laconia, NH but just knowing him was a pleasure.
