Agnes Pearsall Obituary

Pearsall, Agnes B. SLINGERLANDS Agnes B. Pearsall, beloved Mother, Aunt and Grandmother, passed away peacefully October 27, 2008 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn after a brief illness. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Agnes was the aunt of Sandra Lindoerfer, Janice Stroman, Michelene Stankus, Kathryn McCabe and John Stankus; great-aunt of Jennifer Stroman, Kathryn Jersen, Thomas Dennison, Bridget McCabe, Michael Stankus, Leah Zuckerman and Rachel and Avery Stankus; great-great-aunt of Jenna and Paige Jersen and Alexandra and Dylan Stroman; stepmother of Lee and Laurie Pearsall, the children of her late husband Ben; step-grandmother to Timothy Scott, Jeffrey and Mark Pearsall and sister-in-law of Grace Higgins. Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Ben Pearsall; her sisters and brother, Pauline Ryan, Catherine Owens, Joe Bernadisus and Bernice Stankus; and a niece, Christine Stankus. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial service with interment in Jerusalem Cemetery will take place in the spring of 2009. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Peter's Hospice Inn, 315 So. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 will be appreciated.
