We just learned of Joe's passing. We are so sad to hear. He was a nice neighbor. We were neighbors on Albany Street.
Again our prayers and condolences.

Katie & Zeb Jr

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I dont know if you will remember me or not but I lived on Phillip St in Albany and both of you along with Ida and your Mom lived on the 3rd floor. I must have been around 9 years old so you know that is along time ago. Again my deepest sympathies.
