I've worked with Rick for about 10 years and he had a wealth of knowledge. I looked up to him as a Xerox service person and he had my full respect. My heart goes out to his loved ones and he will truly be missed.

To the family of Rick Ford
As a sales representative for Xerox in Hutchinson I didn't work directly with Rick but I always enjoyed visiting with him when I was in Wichita for meetings. He was always friendly and was concerned about how things were going for others.
I know he will be truly missed by his family and anyone who ever had the pleasure of knowing him.
