To the Bridges Family,
I wanted to express my condolences for your loss. I first met Robert at School 12. We hung out quite a bit throughout grade school. I remember Robert as being easy to get along with and a lot of fun. He was a good soul. While our lives went in different directions over the years, I've often thought of Robert. When I read his obituary in the paper, I was not surprised to learn that he had touched so many lives as a father, husband and role model in the community. I'm sorry for your loss. I will keep Robert and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

To Bridges Family,
Robert will be greatly missed by all of us. He loved Tisa and the boys with all of his heart thru and thru no matter what. Please feel free to call when ever you need to for anything. That means you David, Paula, Mom, and all the rest of the family along with all the kids. It was a lovely service and party for him. Thanks again to all too.

Please accept my condolences for the loss of Robert. Robert and I were very, very good friends during our early teenage years. We would do just about everything together such as eat dinner at each others house, spend time with our families, and attend mass together at our respective churches. Unfortunately, we lost touch over the years as people often do once careers, marriage and family enters the picture. Robert had a great sense of humor, wonderful personality, and he was always happy wearing a big smile. We basically laughed a lot and had too much fun in general. That is what I will always remember and miss most about Robert. May he rest in peace...

As I peruse the Sunday's Troy Record, which I'm not certain what compelled me to do so today, I came across Robert's obit. My first thoughts were I know this guy; his last name caught my attention. I went to school with Robert. Very nice - always smiling every so gentle person. Please accept my heartfelt prayers during this most difficult time.
