It's been a long time since I've seen all of you and you have my deepest sympathies. "Butch" was a great dad and a loving husband. I will always remember the jokes he told when we hunted on Willard mountain.

Butch was an excellent neighbor. From the time we moved into our house sixteen years ago he was always there willing to lend a helping hand. He had every tool for every job (big or small). And not only would he lend the tool but he would stay to help repair what ever it was that needed fixing. Our family will miss him with each passing day.

I was saddened to hear of Butch's passing. He was a great guy and the years I worked with him on the rescue squad were some of the best times of my life! We were such a close-knit bunch back then. I'll never forget all the great times we had. I will truly miss him.

While we morn the loss of our loved ones, we take reassurance that the suffering has ended. We seek comfort in family and friends, we share stories of happy times. It is these moments that we take with us through our journey.
It seems that my time to get to know Butch has been too short but in the time I knew him I will never forget that he always welcomed me into the family as if I'd always been there, he was always making jokes to lighten the mood and he did whatever he could for those he loved.
We have all been truly blessed for having him be a part of our lives.
Butch - It's time to rest in peace now and know that your family will be taken care of. It is now your time to take a break.
