Grace Angley Obituary

Angley, Grace L. TROY Grace L. Angley, 90, formerly of Troy, died Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Van Rensselaer Manor. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Rocco and Adeline Marabella Crola. Grace was employed for 20 years at the former Tiny Town Toys in Troy. She was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church in Troy and was a member of St. Mary's Senior Citizens in Troy. She was widow of the late George J. Angley. She is mother of George T. Angley (Maureen) of Clifton Park, Joseph T. Angley (Liza) of Speigletown and Mary-anne Tagliento (Daniel) of Saratoga; sister of Gertrude Strain of Wynantskill and Rocco Crola of Halfmoon. Ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt. 32), Waterford and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony's Church, Troy. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home office. Special thanks to the staff at VanRensselaer Manor, especially the A-1 Unit, for the professional and compassionate care given to our mom.
