Hi Mary and family, I knew Frank very well in the early years 1950s,-1970s. On several occasions we worked together and enjoyed each others company (his father and my father were brothers Francis & Horace). I have not seen Frank for many years that is something we always regret when it is too late. I do hope his passing was peaceful and comfortable. I apologize for not being there to say goodbye. I was so very sorry to hear of this sad news. It was a privelege to have gotten to know Mr. Dingley. He had a kind-hearted smile to always make me feel welcome and the most wonderful stories to share. My deepest sympathies go out to his family... he will be missed.
