Wow, what can't you say about Grandma. She had a way of giving a special "touch" to everyone she came in contact with. Just today I was reminded by a mutual friend about that special touch. And even though she is no longer here on earth with us.........she is still showing us how much she loves us. She and I shared the love for the poem "FOOTPRINTS", and I have seen one set of footprints many times in my life..........and I know that those are the times that I am being carried by God. And I am very proud to say that my Grandma taught me that. Life throws us a lot of curve balls, and it was Grandma's strength and teachings that got me through life and because she was such a strong person, I have been able to teach my children, her great grandchildren, everything she taught me.
I too share memories of the lake house, going on trips and just special talks we had. I never questioned her love, she would never allow it.
I am proud to be one of her grandchildren. And the people's lives that she touched in this little town we live in, I can share many memories.
She is with many loved people now, my first husband Jim, Grandpa, Papa Joe, and many others, and I am at peace knowing that they are all up there with God, preparing for when the rest of us are reunited.

Our Mother was a wonderful person, she will be missed by her family and friends, but is now in the hands of our lord, and back with our father Stanley who passed away on 1999. They are in great company now and she is at peace.

Aunt Gerry and Uncle Stan meant the world to us. Growing up I have all but good memories of spending holidays and summers at their house. Great times were spent at the lake house they had in the Adirondacks. These memories will be with me for the rest of my life. They were both very generous and loving people. Aunt Gerry is now reunited with Uncle Stan and are together with the rest of our departed family in heaven. What a reunion that will be. Their spirits will be with us all until we are all together again. With love, Greg and Donna Villanti

Dear Family, Your Mom, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother will be missed. We remember her from our days in school when she was the school dietitian. We enjoyed her and Mr. Oakes later in our lives--it was always so nice to see them. God Bless all of you and may you be comforted by happy memories. Love, Wally and Gay and Family
