Mildred O. Brignull

Brignull, Mildred O. CATSKILL Mildred O. Brignull, 87, of Pavilion Court, Catskill and formerly of Valatie, died Monday, December 10, 2007, at Albany Memorial Hospital. Born in Elon College, N.C., June 13, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Charles Lindsey and Annie M. (Apple) Osborne. Mrs. Brignull was a secretary in the Ichabod Crane guidance office for many years. She was a former member of the PTA and Home Demonstration, a former director of the Prospect Hill Cemetery, an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Kinderhook and an avid bowler. Mildred was always a lady and loved everyone equally. She is survived by three daughters, Judith A. Stewart of Catskill, Susan E. Farinacci of Austin, Texas and Janet M. Rybka of Stuyvesant Falls; one son, James E. Brignull II of Niverville; two sisters, Jessie O. Pegram of Greensboro, N.C. and Rebecca A. Harder of Sun City, Fla.; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Kinderhook, with the service conducted by Rev. Walcott Hunter. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Valatie. Visiting hours for relatives and friends will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Raymond E. Bond Funeral Home, Inc., Route 9, Valatie, N.Y.
