Van I just cant't believe you are gone away from us. We was outside chillin Tuesday night me, you, Stevie and Taysha. I won't forget that night at all we went to Wendy's and got something to eat: we was goin back and forth about who was goin to drive and you was like I'll drive; Jocelyn called and you asked her what she wanted from the store and she was like I just let somebody use my car to get me something from the store I wish you would've said something. Van you will truly be missed and I won't forget the last time I seen you.....Muah

My heart goes out to the family. May God forever bless you through this. Just to look in the paper and see that Van has gone on is a shock to me. I went to school with him and I grew up around him on 37th street. He will be missed. Family stay strong.

I would just like to say stay strong and hold on to GOD's unchanging hand. Right now its seems to be a dream but GOD had a better agenda for Van. In order for him to complete the task it required Van to be absent from us and to be present with GOD. Please don't go out and do what is expected of you to do. Stand down and let GOD fight the battle, because remember the "STREETS" don't love "NOBODY". Be blessed with the years that you enjoyed his laid back style. GOD bless Van's children and family. Be encouraged and walk in FAITH!!! GOD BLESS.
