Laverne,
You know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers and I only wish I were there in person to comfort and encourage you.. One of my favorite Psalms in Psalm 3.. there is a verse that says The Lord is a "lifter of my head". I pray that He will "lift your head" so that you can go forward. Love, Alma

I did not know Mr. Jones personally, but he had to be a good person to raise such a beautiful daughter, Laverne. My heart goes out to the entire family during this time. Please know that God is able to handle all of your cares. Remember the Footprints message -- sometimes there is only one set of footprints. I will continue to pray for you and ask God to heal your pain. Sincerely,
Laverne Jones

To my loving father. Daddy I will never forget you. The rides to the store, the conversations and the special meal you ask me to prepare. My heart and eyes are filled with tears and my love for you will never leave. You will always have a special place in my heart. Love you forever and always

We did not know your loved one, but we live in the same city not far away. My family and I extend prayers that God will be your strength and surround you with his love, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen. (Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. -The Lord Jesus Christ - John 14:27)

Sorry for your loss. God has called for his Angel. He will be truly missed.
Mr. Jones was of me growing up with Laverne in Seat Pleasant. Always willing to give us a ride in his van full of carpet.

My heart goes out to you at this time. I am truly sorry for your loss. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Reading Psalms 121 is a very comforting scriptural passage. There you will find assurance of God’s support as well. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
