To the family and friends of Dean Chappell. I would like to first offer my deepest condolences to Mrs. Chappell. As a member of the brotherhood for which your husband and friend served, I have mourned and endured the loss of many brothers and I know that this is one will be no different. Reading about your mate and best friend, I can tell that he is one heck of a person and will be sorely missed. I know that I will one day have the chance to meet this wonderful man and I look forward to that day when he and I can work side by side in that grand department in our midst. I have dedicated all of my service to the many who have gone before him and do so for him as well. So until we meet on the other side, I wish you God's speed and blessings to you and to all who were touched by his gracious and caring spirit. May God grant you the faith and fortitude to sustain and to carry on his legacy in whatever capacity our Lord desires. May God bless and keep you forever and always.

I want to thank everyone for all of the support that you have showed me and my family in this time of need and sorrow. Please remember my dad as the person he was in the community. A public service man. If he was asked or seen the need to help anyone he would not stop until the job was finished. The support of family and friends has been endless since the passing and i want to thank you again. Larry Dean Chappell(SON Harold Dean Chappell)
