Johnny Wayne Olinger

Johnny Wayne Olinger, 53, died on Dec. 7, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, David William Olinger Sr. and Ellen Rickman Olinger, and a sister, Mattie Jane Olinger. Survivors include one brother, David William Olinger Jr. of Fries; four sisters, Martha and David Delp of Marion, Mary Olinger of St. David, Ariz., Dixie and James Anderson of Glen Allen, Wilma and Ricky Murr of Madisonville, Tenn.; half sister, Peggy and Bill Frank Pratt of Atkins; former spouse, Patsy Olinger of Rich Valley; daughter, Kayla Roe and husband, Chris, of Seven Mile Ford; two step-grandsons, Micheal and Marcus; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in D.R. Henderson Funeral Home with the Rev. David Olinger officiating. The family received friend's from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. D.R. Henderson Funeral Home in Saltville was in charge of arrangements.
