Connie and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Sissy while I was an employee at Smyth Co. DSS. She enjoyed volunteering at the Department and was always helpful. She will be missed. May God Bless each of you.

Dave & Cledith, Was so sad to hear that Sissy had died. She was a sweet lady with a beautiful smile. I knew her for a short time; but will miss her at the snack area of the Power's Auction.
