Samantha Bonnell Obituary

Former Palmer resident Samantha J. Bonnell, 18, died Sept. 24, 2005, in Montclair, Calif. Samantha had been missing since then and was not identified until last week.
A memorial Mass will be at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 432 Fireweed Ave., in Palmer. A visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the church. All who loved her are welcome.
Samantha was born March 19, 1987, in St. Helens, Ore.
She lived in Longview, Wash., before moving to Anchorage in 1998 and then to Palmer in 2001.
She lived with her mother, Mary Weir, and stepfather, Paul Weir. She also leaves a younger brother, Caleb Wilson, and older sister, Camolleah "Cammy" Robinson.
Samantha's family requests no cards or flowers. Instead, they ask that donations be directed to the organization whose Web site made it possible for Samantha to be found and identified. Send donations to doenetwork.org, attention Todd Matthews, 121 Short St., Livingston, TN 38570.
