George Hernandez Obituary
of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 4, 2011. He was preceeded in death by his wife Theresa, daughter Margie and great granddaughter Natalie. Survived by three daughters Angie Hernandez, Mary Helen Mickey (Pat) and Gloria Hernandez, sister Mary Ann Salinas, eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be at 10 A.M. Friday at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church located at 1418 S. 17 Ave. in Phoenix. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5-8 P.M. with a Rosary at 6 P.M at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave in Glendale. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of the Valley. To send tributes go to www.chapelofthechimesmortuary.com

We want to express our sadness at the loss of your Tata. George was always so welcoming and kind whenever we met at anyone's house. I remember his 90th birthday and how he smiled at everyone and made it a point to talk to each person. He will remain in our hearts.
