Jacob Anthony "Chucky" Adrian, 20, Phoenix, Arizona went to be with our Lord and Saviour on March 2, 2011. Services will be at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home on March 11, 2011 from 9-11 am. I'll never forget the 1st time we met at NFL in the 6th grade, ur laugh ur smile will always be a treasured memory to me. We were also sophomores at SMHS and since then I never saw u again! RIP Baby Jake!

I remember the 1st day u were the "new kid" at NFL, we were in 6th grade, then I remember seeing u at SMHS u smiled i smiled back, we were sophmores and that's the last time I saw u. ur in a better place now. i will never forget u!!!
