Ohst, Mary Elizabeth
Born April 20, 1952 to David & Bette Coppes (Yeater) in Elkhart, Indiana. Mary passed away peacefully into the arms of her waiting Savior on March 6, 2011 at the age of 58. A resident of Arizona since 1969, Mary was very involved with her congregational faith community and was a certified performance coach. Service to her family & community was very important to Mary and she gladly invested her time in helping people develop life skills to realize personal goals. Mary's parents & sister Cathleen preceded her in death. Survivors include her brothers David & Charles Coppes, sister Valerie, her husband Phillip Ohst & in-laws Gerald & Charlotte Ohst. She will be remembered by their children Melissa, Clay, Jonathan, Audrey & Christian. She will also be missed by her beloved grandchildren Jasmine & Kayleen Rudd, Lea, Caleb & Riley Ohst. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30am on March 11th at Living Streams Church, 7000 N. Central Avenue. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Hospice of the Valley at 1-602-530-6992.

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Mary personally but know her husband Phil and it was evident by his words that she was a very special lady. Mary will be obviously greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers are with her extended family.
