Eusebio Sanchez Obituary
91 of Mesa, AZ, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2011. He was born in Watervale, CO, on October 7, 1919. Eusebio was a school principal at 7-Mile Elementary School in Whiteriver, AZ, for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Betty, sons Alberto, Joseph, Richard, John, Juan Charles Kelly, Robert Candelaria, and daughters Theresa Parker, Ruth Kelly, Kathy Tilden, Jackie Pailzote (deceas ed). A visitation/rosary will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Valley of the Sun Mortuary with a funeral service at 11:00A.M. on Friday,
March 11, 2011 at Valley of the Sun Mortua ry and Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler, AZ. More information at valleyofthesunfuneral home.com.

I had the honor of being a friend of Eusebio Sanchez and had the privilege to interview him about his service to our country in WWII. He spoke of his comrades and the unbreakable bond created by soldiers who lived through the trauma of war. His love and respect of others was revealed by his brief testimony, this was the honest and blunt attitude he used in his life, do your job, be of good cheer, love those God has entrusted to you and face your life's missions head on. He was a true example of what it means to be an American and his legacy lives on in those who had the good fortune to call him friend, father, Principal Sanchez, Sergeant Sanchez, Grandfather and Mr. Sanchez. I extend my deepest sympathy to the entire Sanchez family. Alberto, I know you cherished him so much! Wish I could have met him. What a great photo. I can tell from his sweet smile that he was someone people were drawn to. What an amazing life and family he created. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and all of your family.

Sabe was a strong and determined father and leader who raised a beautiful extended family. 91 years!!! Wow! My condolences to all of his family because you are really going to miss him.

Dear Betty,
I just read about Grampa Sabe's passing. Our hearts are feeling such sadness and we are forever grateful for the memories that are also embedded in our minds, hearts and souls. Your family was and always will be considered our natural loved ones. I wish that Grampa could have met his additional great-grandchildren as they too would have adored him as all who had the honor of being part of his life. Our deepest sympathy to all of the family. Dear precious Sanchez family,
