Our family is sad with the loss of Sheila…her mother Frances is a close friend since high school. We shared lots of fun, good times, and the difficult situations that life has brought us.

Our family (Rios) treasure the memories that we made with your family (Cisneros). We celebrated our children’s birthdays, outdoor barbeques, and many other family gatherings. I was honored to be Shelia’s God-mother. And, I love her very much. She was kind, always cheerful with a smile, and loved life. I know one day that I will see her again.

During this difficult time that Frances and Sheila’s daughter Amanda, Katie, Amy, Laura, and her father Chino and other family members find comfort and cherish the love and memories they have of Shelia.

May all of you find strength in the love of family and in the warm embrace of friends. Although, no words can really help ease the loss you bear just know your family and friends are very close in every though and prayers. My sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolence to all of you…

With Love and hugs

I worked next to Sheila (SheShe)as I called her all day. I truely loved her. The way she made me laugh and smile. She would light up my day with her laugh. She was one of my best freinds. I loved her like a sister. Her dance moves she learned over the summer and all her jokes, she had a love for life. She will be remembered by me forever. May you forever rest in peace my loving sister. Love you always SheShe

Sheila was a friend to everyone, with a smile that could light up the whole room. She loved nature and enjoying God's creation whether camping in Sedona or hiking Thunderbird park. She was generous; with time as well as things. She yearned for happiness and serenity, and she lived for her precious "baby" Amanda. She is deeply missed.
