Carol was a neighbor and friend from my old neighborhood...so was her brother Billy.
Carol and I reconnected after many years on a social media site.
We had been communicating by phone and email for several months...until sadly she suddenly passed.
I was heartbroken when I heard the news.
RIP Sweet friend...

Oh Carol you were going to call me on March 8 to tell me about your settlement. I had just talked to you the week before. I've known you since 7th grade and was there when you were going to nursing school. God Bless You.

Carol,
Our daily early phone calls are missed. How ironic it is that you passed at that time of day. I'm still up at 4AM and miss talking to my friend! You were the brains of our crafting adventures!
You were a good friend, fun, creative, & imaginative. You had style and flair and you were a very classy lady.
You are missed by many and will always have a special place in my heart and thoughts.
Sweet dreams my friend - Sweet Dreams!
Love,
Glori

Carol.
Your skills as a nurse, creativity in your crafts and sense of humor will be remembered forever. You have the only dog (that I know) to have a passport!
Your tenacity and bravery exceeds words. "I will defy the odds!" you said on 4 different occasions! AND YOU DID!
I miss our phone calls, and, even, that crazy trip to the vet for Frankie. ("I'm sorry, Doc, I guess he just needs Puppy Prozac!") Frankie just looked at you as if to say "what do you want me to do?" . . . "bang".... he knew that trick!! Your wonderful pal. I admire the connection with your pup.
You are loved, respected and very much missed, my friend. As we said often: "sometimes, people just do not understand until they are 'there' ". I know that "there" for you, now, is heaven. There is always a need for great nurses, loving hearts and post-it-notes. Please keep teaching and caring. You are remembered here for all that, and then some! Love to you, Carol. Janie
