“A light from the family is gone
A voice we loved is still
A place is vacant in the home
Which will never again be filled.
We have to mourn the loss of one
We would’ve loved to keep
But God, who surely loved him best
Has finally made him sleep.”
My dear cousin Rick,
You were more like a brother to me
Thank you for always keeping me grounded
We’ll miss your beautiful smile
We’ll miss your mischievous laughter
We’ll forever cherish the memories you brought into each and every one of our lives
Though you are gone
You will forever remain in our hearts
I love you and I’ll miss you more than you’ll ever know.
Rest now.
Until we meet again…….

Tia & Tio: Ricky was always like a brother to me, and I will always remember his "awesome smile" and the way he would always greet me as the "San Diegan" and then chuckle. This is my favorite memory of Ricky, and this is how I choose to remember him. He was the "eldest" grandchild of our family and now that honor belongs to me. I will never forget all the "wonderful" memories I have of my "Phoenician Cousin" Love You Ricky, Your Cousin, Sylvia Acosta Garcia
