Dad, it's been 10 years since you've left us. There is a void in our lives, but Mom and I know that you are in a better place -- and that we will be reunited one day.
I get glimpses of being together again whenever you visit me in a dream. Today, a few minutes before I awakened, I again saw you in my dream -- and held your hand. The sensation of my hand in yours was strong and palpable, and I know you were with me for those few, fleeting seconds. You were happy, and smiling. The touch of your hand was comforting, just like it was when I was a little girl.
Thank you for visiting with me today, and thank you Heavenly Father for allowing my Dad to steal away long enough to let me know he's OK.

I want to share two lovely messages I got from friends:
From Larry B. I can only hope sweet memories help to mitigate the sad ones.
From Mark F. via his rabbi: May his memories be a blessing to you.
My memories of Dad are both a comfort and a blessing.
