Richard Fleming Obituary

Fleming, Richard "Bill" W.
59, of Acworth, GA. passed away on March 3, 2011. Raised in Scottsdale, and after graduating from Saguaro High School, Bill enlisted in the Navy and worked as an aircraft mechanic with squadron VS-33. He is survived by his loving wife Lin Fleming, sister Susan Sparks (husband Kenny), stepsons Andrew Tilsworth (Shannon) and Chad Tilsworth, nieces Sandra Marsh (Allen) and Kenna Neville (Trent) and nephew Brandon Sparks (Keri). A memorial honoring Bill's life will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions can made to the Fisher House Foundation Inc., 111 Rockville Pike Suite 420, Rockville , MD 20851, FisherHouse.org (Richard William Fleming Memorial Fund) or American Legion Post #44, 7145 E. 2nd St., Scottsdale, AZ (In memory of Richard "Bill" Fleming).

Susan & Kenny;
I was so shocked and saddened to see of Bill's passing. He was without a doubt one of the true "good guys". I hope that you and your family and Lin can remember all of the good times so that it will lessen your pain. He's up there golfing with all of the other good guys.
