Jane Nester Obituary
Jane Nester/Stayton/(Wasson) peacefully left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father March 16, 2011. Jane was born November 21, 1921 and was 89. Jane grew up with her mother Saphrona Pearl Wasson (Devore) and her sister Helen in Robinson, Illinois after moving from the farm when her father Jesse Ray passed away. She told stories of her horse Ribbon on the farm that one day stopped and would not move because a rattlesnake was in their path (she later discovered). Jane leaves behind her two children Greg (Jean) and Linda (Don) and her grandchildren Jennifer, Nicole, Jeremy, Jessica, and great grandson Jaydrin. Jane also leaves behind her nephew Jerry (Joyce). Jane loved her children very much, and they were "her life". Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. Funeral Service to immediately follow at 2:30 pm. Graveside service will will be held on Friday, March 25, 2011 at Robinson New Cemetery, Robinson, IL.
