George Shoop Obituary
George Alan Shoop, 64, of Wittmann, AZ passed away on March 15, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Valerie Shoop, 3 children; Shelly (Matthew) Tisnado, Jeff (Jeannita) Shoop and LaDonna Marshall, 12 grandchildren; John Henry, Christopher, Cody, Joshua, Justin, Levi, Ethan, Brittany, Amanda, Cadence, Annika and April, his brother Guy Shoop Sr., and sister, Jean Shoop, and his mother, Betty Shoop, Many nieces, nephews, cousins and his dog Buddy. He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Shoop and his brother Willard Shoop. George is a member of the VFW and a Veteran of the Marine Corp. He did two tours in Vietnam during his time in the service. George was a dear and loving man and will remain in many hearts forever. A Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 5PM-8PM at Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 21, 2011 @ 11AM at Sunland Mortuary followed by a Graveside Service at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
