Frank Zalewski Obituary
Frank J. Zalewski, of Sun City, AZ passed away March 12, 2011. Frank was born June 13, 1932 in Syracuse NY, the son of Stanley and Ida Zalewski. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald, daughter Paula and grandson Christopher. He is survived by Gloria, his wife of 58 years, and children Stanley, Patricia, Donald, Pamela, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Frank honorably served 23 years in the US Air Force. As a veteran, Frank served as past Commander of two organizations the Veterans for Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veteran. He also held membership in the American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America and the Jewish War Veterans of the United States of America. A Memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at Best Funeral Services, 9380 West Peoria Avenue, Peoria, AZ. Private interment at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Autism Society of America.
