John Lauro Obituary

Lauro, John W.
63, of Paradise Valley, passed away March 18, 2011. Born September 25, 1947 in New York City, NY, to John and Mary (Schimmel) Lauro, John was Chief Financial Officer for First Pennco Securities and later Trading Company of the West. John met Donna Pucciarelli, the love of his life, on Wall Street and they were married January 29, 1983 (Super Bowl Sunday). Their honeymoon was driving to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, fulfilling a longtime dream of John's. There, John and Donna were the owner/operators of Jackson Hole Ski and Sports for 11 years. Looking forward to warmer weather, they moved to Arizona in 1994. John will be greatly missed by his loving wife Donna; their four children, John, Mary, Angela, and Dan, his father, John J. Lauro and his mother and father-in-law Blanche and Dan Pucciarelli. His mother, Mary preceded him in death. A Memorial Mass will be held to celebrate John's life at 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 28th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 7655 E. Main Street, Scottsdale. Dear Donna, Mary, Angela, John & Daniel,

So sorry for all the sadness you are feeling right now. God chose to take John home, but he is still there with all of you in spirit. There is so much of him inside of each one of you, that he can never really die. He may have gone home to a very peaceful place, but he is still alive in each one of your hearts and he always will be. Find peace in knowing that someday you will be with him again.
We pray that your love of God and love for each other, will carry you through this sad time.

Always in our thoughts and forever in our prayers,
All Our Love, Nancy & Nick
