Dillon, John
John (Jack) Francis Dillon passed away peacefully on March 22nd at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Barbara, son of Margaret and Frank Dillon (deceased). Loving father of Patricia, Kathleen, Kim and John, Cheryl, Candace, Walter and Eric, and eight grandchildren: Alexa, Danny, Eduardo, John, Eric, Tony, Justin and Bryce. Loving brother of Barbara Buckley, Francis Dillon, Maureen Burke, James Dillon, Eileen Cammarano, Nancy Alberigo, Thomas Dillon, Margaret O'Connor, Julia Caragiulo, and numerous nieces and nephews. John was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1936. He moved with his family to Michigan where he was employed at Ford Motor Company in Ypsilanti for thirty years as a Data Center Supervisor. From 1956 to 1958 he served in the U.S. military as Private First Class in Germany. After his retirement from Ford Motor Company. he and his wife moved to Phoenix where they have resided for the past 13 years. Memorial service will be held at his home on Saturday, March 26th at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley (602/530-6992), 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85014, in his name. Arrangements by Paradise Sunset Chapel Funeral Home.
