Carl Bacino Obituary
of Phoenix, beloved husband, dad, papa, and treasured friend, passed away peacefully & went to be with the Lord on Thurs., March 17, 2011. The son of Joe and Carrie Bacino, Carl was born on Feb. 16, 1937 in Pueblo, CO. He married Barbara L. Baughman on Sept. 8, 1968 in Las Vegas, NV. Carl & Barbara began their life together in Phoenix, but later lived in Las Vegas and Texas before moving back to Phoenix in 2005. Carl loved his family and loved to play golf. He had a great sense of humor and simple approach to life. Carl was a blessing to all who knew him and will be greatly missed! Carl was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Carl's beloved wife, Barbara Baughman Bacino of Phoenix; Sister, JoAnn Spear of Palm Desert, CA; Children: Tammie (Dan) Saucedo & Carlene (Mitch) Steinberg of Las Vegas, Kelly (Steve) Tenery of Ft. Worth, TX, & Michael (Amanda) Bacino of Phoenix; Grandchildren: Mitchell, Matt, & Ryan Haberman, Valari (Brandon) Haase, Jordann and Sam Steinberg, Emma & Zac Tenery, and Calissa & William Bacino; Great-Grandchildren: Austin Peace & Kayleigh Haase; Numbers of extended family and dear friends. A grave-site service will be held at Green Acres Cemetery at 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257 on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Carl's name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.

Uncle Carl is, and always will be, one of the greatest men I have ever known. A true hero in life. I feel honored to have known him. My life will forever be better because of his kindness and wisdom. My deepest sympathies go out to all.
