I was shocked to hear of your passing - far too young. I was happy to have known you. Your smile and warmth will be missed.

Dickey, you were taken too soon, but I'll cherish the memories and always remember the night we shared too much "happy juice" at Apollo's. Love ya, guy...........Sandi (Tempe, AZ)

In the all so brief time we worked together you kept us giggling through the toughest times. May the pink boa forever hang at the nurse's station. And you always brought the best stuff to our FAC! I will treasure those moments.

I shall miss you Dicky! You knew how to wear that "red dress" so perfectly...you enjoyed a great martini...you made everyone feel special! Your name shall never leave our memory. Greg & Daryl
