60 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 20, 2011. He was a veteran of the U S Navy. Memorial service will be at 7pm on Monday, May 16, 2011 at the Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Donations can be made to your favorite charity. Arrangements by Hansen Mortuary.

In the all so brief time we worked together you kept us giggling through the toughest times. May the pink boa forever hang at the nurse's station. And you always brought the best stuff to our FAC! I will treasure those moments.
