Cordes, Sandra Janet
passed away on March 13, 2011. She was 76. Sandra was a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and enjoyed attending functions of the Phoenix chapter of her alumni association. Sandra started her career as a teacher in New York City, later moving to the financial world working as an auditor and technical writer for American Express and then Bank of America. She is survived by her son Howard G. Cordes and brother Hugh H. Smith of Tucson, his wife Margy, their children Hugh A. (Andy), Molly and Bethany and two great nieces. Private memorial will be held Saturday April 2, 2011. Donations in her name to St. Joseph's Cardiac Rehab. are appreciated.
