McCreedy, Deanna Diamond
Beloved wife, mother, and Dad's best friend, Deanna Diamond McCreedy, of Litchfield Park, AZ, passed away March 25, 2011. She was 67 years old. Deanna was born in Van Nuys, CA, March 24, 1944 and she attended Camarillo High School in the early 1960s. Her youth and young adult years were spent in Thousand Oaks, CA, where she met and married her husband, B.E. McCreedy (Mac). Deanna arrived in Arizona, with her husband, in 2008. She and her husband of 37 years, ventured to, worked, lived, and met many friends along the way, in many U.S. states: California, Arizona, Illinois, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Palm Desert, CA was filled with many memories, and Ponca City, OK and Rocky Mount, MO were special places to her. Deanna's interests: swimming, camping, cooking, interior design, reading, photography, movies, computer games, arts & crafts, gardening, Sunday football, spending time with family and friends, and taking romantic walks with Dad. Deanna is survived by her husband Mac, daughter-Amber Garrity, son in law-Pat, and grandson-Michael in FL, daughter-Julie D. McCampbell in CA, son-Steve McCreedy in SD, daughter-Kathryn Rushing, son in law-Michael in GA, and grandchildren-Adam Rushing in CA, Sarah & Joshua Torres in CA, and Abigail & Chris Raymond in GA.
