I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Wanda. I worked with her at Pioneer Elementary School when she was the librarian. How I loved to listen to her Southern drawl as she read to the children. My prayers go out to Wanda's family. What a lovely lady she was.

I worked with Wanda at Jim Hill, during which time we became dear friends. Unfortunately, we lost touch with each other when you moved to Arizona, but I have wonderful memories of her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and with the rest of the family, especially Cathy and Janet.

Howard, I did not have the pleasure of knowing Wanda but my Dad spoke fondly of her and of you also. My prayers are with you.

I worked as a librarian with Wanda in the Peoria Unified School District. She was always a delight - intelligent, frank, funny, hard working, and had a heart for students. Please accept my condolences for this great loss to your family. -- Barbara Andersen, Phoenix
