I still love and miss you everyday.
I use to go and sit in your truck to feel closer to you. It doesn't work anymore. I know you are where you are suppose to be, but I miss you and I will always love you.

I was so sad to hear of Dan's passing. He was a huge supporter of me and my team, Arizona Roller Derby's Surly Gurlies. For the past few years we could always count on him to be at every game even as we moved facilities, rain or shine he was there. Once we moved back to Castle Sports Club, he would always sit in the same section and cheer us on. Sadly he did not get to see our 'get well soon' card we signed for him when we learned he was in the hospital before he passed. My thoughts and prayers of peace and strength for those family members who are left behind.

Please leave stories about Dan (our Dad) on here so that his memories can live on. It's therapeutic to hear all of the ole shenanigans he did. The more colorful, the better. Thanks everyone for their support...

Danna-boy, my little brother. You came into our lives with a burst of energy and lived that way every day until you left too soon. I remember helping you practice your first word - "light." I know that's where you are now - in the light. With that first word, you were off and running -and talking - most of your waking moments. I will miss your energy, your curiosity about life, your love for your children and grandson and family and friends. Can't wait to catch up on all your stories when we meet again. Love you always - your sis Laurie

I still can not believe you are gone... I will make good on my promise to always take care of your son. I could have not asked for a more caring, loving, or talkative father-in-law you are the BEST. Love you Dan.

Dad - I love you and find peace knowing that you are in a better place. You are missed every day and Colton wants to show his "Crappa Dan" his new electric guitar. He doesn't understand that you won't be here physically but assures me that you "feel better." Only the good die young! I will miss your energy and love for the rest of my life. See you in Heaven. Love you.

I also was glad after 35+ years to see and visit with Dan at the reunion at North Mountain Park. It will be a great way to remember him.

Speaking from experience no matter how long we have someone it is always too soon to lose them. My hope is that your many memories of Dan help you through this difficult time.
