Ralph McMillen Obituary
80, passed away in Sun City, Arizona on March 28, 2011. Born January 14, 1931 Mac was an third generation Arizona Native and graduated from Phoenix Union High School. He is survived by his wife Anna, sisters Genny of Phoenix, Arizona and Anita of California, sons Marty of Peoria, AZ, Anthony of Washington, Alan & wife, Johnell of Antioch, Illinois, daughter Kim of Phoenix, Arizona, grandsons Jon, Matt & Mike and great grand-daughter Parker. He was preceded in death by son Tony. Mac was a decorated veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He served on both the Phoenix Police Department and Maricopa County Sheriff's Department. After retiring from law enforcement in 1972, he was licensed as a real estate broker. Early in his real estate career, he was a salesman, however beginning in 1981, he specialized in property management. He was active in several local Realtor associations, serving as President of the Glendale-West Maricopa Board in 1990 & 1991. Mac was honored as their Realtor of the Year in 1990. Designations from the Realtor community were Certified Property Manager, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Real Estate Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Viewing services will be held Thursday, March 31st 5pm to 8pm with the Funeral being held 11am Friday, April 1st at Sunland Memorial Park, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ. Thoughts and prayers are with Anna and the entire family on tomorrow's anniversary of Mac's passing. Fond memories of his full and productive life continue to comfort all of us. I feel so blessed to have known this very special man with his contagious smile and great sense of humor.

In each one's life hopefully we will all have the opportunity to have a very special friend. Mac was mine for 32 years. I will miss our Wednesday lunches together. He will always be in my heart and mind. The memories will be sweet, his humor will be missed and I will miss him deeply. I pray the Lord will take care of him until we meet again.

My sincere condolences to the entire family. He was a good man!
I have many good memories of Mac when Marty and I were going to elementary and high school together. One was how his dachshund would sleep on his stomach when he napped in the den during the day after he worked a night shift with the police department.
