Marjorie Snyder Obituary

Snyder, Marjorie
Marjorie Snyder, 1922-2011. Beloved wife and cherished mother, she was the heart, soul and center of the Snyder Family. She nurtured and loved all of us and enriched every moment of our lives. We are so thankful for everything we were able to share with her. Because of her we enjoy a family built on love and joy. Marjorie lived a long and happy life that included raising six children, working with her husband William as a Catholic missionary in Africa, serving as a school librarian and spending time with her grandchildren. Her joys in life revolved around William, her husband of 66 years, her family, travel and tennis. The sadness over her loss is ours but with that comes the celebration of the joy she brought to all who knew her. Dearest wife, mother and grandmother, we love you, we honor you and we miss you.

Nancy,
This candles flame is a symbol of a fire that burned in your mom to serve a mighty God. I pray this flame lives on through all the lives she has touched. May you find comfort in His hands.
